President- David Sterling, CPA, CFE, CCEP, CGMA
Mr.Sterling has over 16 years of accounting experience providing a wide range of specialized forensic, investigative accounting, and litigation support services to public and private sector clients. He participated in a major investigation in South Korea and Germany regarding potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations for a large multi-national corporation. Mr. Sterling played a leading role in the calculation of the disgorgement of profits and related penalties in an SEC FCPA investigation of a global manufacturing company. He has also performed costs analyses for agencies of federal government, manufacturing and health care audits, and calculated damages resulting from business interruption and property damage in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, utility and service companies. Mr. Sterling has assisted clients in appraisals, depositions, mediations, subrogations and expert witness trial testimony.
Vice President - Mary Lineen, CFE
Mrs Mary Lineen has 7 years experience in the Accounting and Internal Audit within the Software and Hardware industries. Mary's areas of focus in Internal Audit are SOX internal control testing, and assisting on Process and International Operational Reviews. As an Accountant, Mary played a leading role in one of the smallest group efforts to improve unnecessary write-offs that saved the company approximately $1.0M annually. In addition, created new processes for the internal sales team and decreased vendor salesoutstanding by 50%. Mary also designed and implemented an internal web page to streamline communication between business units. Mary has a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management, and a Project Management Minor from Keller School of Management.

Treasurer- Jake Sousley, CFE, CPA
Jason 'Jake' Sousley is currently employed at Cisco Systems as an Investigator in the Compliance Investigations department where he supports worldwide case work. Jason's area of focus is on internal fraud/misconduct cases and in forensic accounting work. Jason is a graduate of Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, CA and earned his MBA from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Jason served in the US Army and holds the CFE credential and is also a CPA. Jason also sits on the board of another local non-profit organization and enjoys spending time with family and serving in the local community.
