About Andrew F Rockett:  After earning his bachelor of political science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, Andrew Rockett relocated to Boston to join the team of real estate professionals at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Andrew Rockett went on to cofound Great Island Development (GID), a consulting firm that helped establish 60 separate Walmart outlets and Walmart-anchored shopping centers across the northeastern United States.

Since 2010, Mr. Rockett has served as founder and managing partner of Rockett Real Estate Investments, LLC, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Concentrating on real estate ventures across the southeastern Massachusetts and bordering Rhode Island region, this firm currently holds several key properties throughout New Bedford, Massachusetts, and East Providence, Rhode Island. Specifically, it recently acquired the Samuel Rodman Candleworks building on North Water Street in downtown New Bedford. Under Andrew Rockett’s direction, this property will be transformed into a conference facility and hotel consisting of 141 rooms.  Andrew F Rockett always has the community in mind when developing properties.
