Here is some helpful tips and information before consigning with us.
-Please send us a digital photo by text(502-296-8909) or email shopwithblake@gmail.com before bringing your item(s) in so we can see what you have to sell.
-We will come to your house for a fee of .55 cents per mile to help you sort through items.
-Please be prepared to have extra adequate help to move all items to/from Blake’s
-If you need help moving an item to/from your house we can help find transportation.
We are pleased you have decided to become part of our consignment family.
___Consignment Procedure:
-There is a one time $10 fee per consignor that can be paid up front or can come out of your first check.
-The consignment period is 90 days.  
-After 30 days your item will be marked down by 10%.
-After 60 days your item will be marked down an additional 10%.
-At the 90 day mark, your items price will be marked down to sell quickly. After 95 days of an item not sold, it becomes the property of Blake’s..

___Commission: When an item is sold, 50% of the selling price goes to you and 50% goes to Blake’s. The proceeds from the sale of your consignments will be kept in an account in your name. Only you or those authorized by you in writing will have access to the proceeds of your account. You can stop in and pick up the proceeds of your account anytime after your item has sold. Accounts with no activity for a period of 6 (six) months will be forfeited to and become property of Blake’s.
___You are responsible for monitoring the consignment period for your item and will not be notified by Blake’s when the consignment period ends. It is your responsibility to contact Blake’s regarding any item that you want to pick up before or at the end of your consignment period. If an item is deemed to be in need of extraordinary cleaning or repair, a consignor may be charged up to a $50 fee.
___Blake’s will do its very best to safeguard your items, but is are not responsible for damage or loss. You warrant that you are the owner of any item you placed for consignment, and that the item is free of liens or other claims and is sellable. Blake’s bases pricing on supply and demand.  It is in your interest as well as the interest of  Blake’s to get the highest possible profit on the sale of your item.
