Mixed ability class; open to all to try ... come and find out if it is what you need.
WHICH type of yoga is taught?
The teacher, June Hannigan, is an experienced, independent Yoga teacher and has studied various systems. She plans lessons to suit the specific group based on the teachings of the pure Yoga Masters.
WHAT is practiced in each yoga session?
Relaxation, breathing, traditional postures (asanas, bandhs, mudras), explanation of Yoga principles and values.
HOW are the yoga exercises done?
They aim to be done with full concentration, awareness, sensitivity and commitment to awaken positive natural tendencies in the body and mind; creating balance, flexibility, cleansing, strength, relaxation and overall healthy functioning of all systems in the body.

Bedford - Monday evenings at 7pm The Reading Room
Haynes -Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm in the Haynes Village Hall
Hitchin - Tuesday mornings at 11.30am in the Bancroft Gardens Hall
Cotton End - Thursday evenings at 6.15pm in Cotton End Village Hall
(The Elstow venue is being rebuilt and will recommence in the future)
