Graduated from linguistic school in 2002. After that attended Belаrussian State University, major: philology, and in 2011 finished Business school IPM, marketing course. In 2014 finished main digital course in IKRA (Minsk). In 2015 finished the bartender's main course in Splash&Dash Bartenders School (just for fun and history education). In 2016 finished short Project managment course in Business school IPM

Domik-v-derevne.com – Domik v Derevne brand/product site.
Description: DvD is a flagman milk brand in WBD brand group. We have developed a site showing a key "DvD" principle as a naturality, whole the product line and plenty of useful information on milk and dairy products. We were involved in all steps of concept creation and development of the site.
My role: PM. Supervising flash and programming part of the project. Communication with client. Setting up two promo-actions, made on flash and based on pages of parental site.
Rodniki-rossii.su– Rodniki Rossii brand/product site and promo-action "Сажаем деревья вместе".
Description: The idea of promo came from client, we created and implemented all neccessary functional for user and code registration. Also, additional promo functional was created such as virtual gifts for registration, widgets, interactive map of users and brand activities in Russia.
My role: As a PM I was taking part on all steps of site development and supervising flash and programming part of the project.
Santal.ru– Santal brand/product site.
Description: The goal of new Santal site was to show products and main brand message - fresh and tasty juices from Italy. Our suggested idea was to show a little Italy on site by big and lovely Italy pictures for info background. Also we suggested to use flash and JS for beautiful product presentation and for main page.
My role: PM.
Coca-cola.by - Coca-Cola in Belarus site.
Description: I took part in audition, design and functional development of new Coca-Cola site. I was working with this client for two years and have done or adapted such global and local campaigns as Christmas-2011, Christmas-2012, Euro-2012, Olympics-2012, BATE coopertaion programm.
Also, I was PM on online campaign for new Bonaqua product launch - Bonaqua Apple, we suggested to use rich-media banners on 6 main Belorussian web-sites and created product promo-site for that campaign.

Zubrcapital.by – Zubr Capital site.
Description: The first site for the first investment company in Belarus. Simple by structure, had some interesting problems to solve. We were asked to suggest a solution for company's TA - men 45-65 y/o, top-managers of mid and big companies. Client was satisfied with the result: clean and simple corporate design based on brand identity, big fonts and simple info presentation.
My role: CM and PM. On this project I had a chance to work with Oleg Husaenov - founder of Atlant-M company and Zubr Capital.

Jadran.ru - JGL site.
Description: Corporate site for Russian office of JGL company, adaptation of main worldwide JGL site. There was a lot of content work, new programming and design on existing design concept.
My role: I was PM and content manager on this project.
Kapelka.ru – works for Kapelka Aqua Maris site.
Description: Kapelka - brand character that was created for children. We created a site with games, audio programs, competitions and interesting for children information about seas and countries. In May 2011 we held a competition for children in order to celebrate Kapelka's birthday.
My role: PM on all projects.
Aquamaris.ru - works for Aqua Maris site.
Description: Twice a year Aquamaris has a promo-campaign of their products. RG and Novocortex - holland partner of the company - suggest the creative idea of campaign and develop it for site (promo-banners on main page) and other web-resources.
My role: I was PM and CM manager on 3 campaigns. I took part in all campaign steps - from idea to final result.
Institutaquamaris.ru – contest and work for Best Job In Russia project.
Description: In order to attract attention to brand Aqua Maris and to show natural product origin, Client suggested to held a competition for Best Job In Russia with 10,000$ price for a winner. RG and Novocortex improoved creative idea of competition, created the competition platform, promo campaign for that. Due to the mechanics of voting through social networks (Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook) competition received viral distribution: it was attended by 900 people, the maximum number of votes for one party reached 4,000. Viewed videos for a total was more than 100,000. Competition strengthened loyalty to the brand and its recognition, the customer received an additional quality videos about their product "Aqua Maris."
My role: My responcibilities were to control all production process (managment of video shooting for final part of competition in Moscow and promo video for competition), communication with client and our partner Novocortex, moderation of competition.
Laka.ru – Laka Medcoat brand site and promo-video.
Description: JGL had to launch new product on market - Laka Medcoat - and for this we made a web-site and promo-video for Youtube. Website tells about problem of pills swallowing and how Laka can help, video tells the same message.
My role: PM.

10.mts.by – promo-project for MTS anniversary.
Description: MTS had the offline campaign for anniversary and needed a bright brand solution for Internet celebration. We suggested to create a service where cats will sing by user click and also suggested to use a rich-media banner on tut.by web site as a part of camapign. We had very little time for all development, but did a lovely project. On the first day we had about 430K visits, about 80K unique visits.

aps-solver.com – APS brand site.
Description: Autopromsnab company went through rebranding in 2011 and was remaned in APS company. In order to visually show new brand identity and service approach, client requested for a new corporate website. We suggested simple and modern idea, based on brand identity, and developed functional web site according to client's needs. Site has 3 language versions, made in 3D visuals on main page and simple UI solution.
My role: CM and PM.

Responsibilities
Work with mass media, exposition organization, festival print production supervision, coordination of work with international guests, work during the event, coordination of team work, troubleshooting.
KomMissia is comics festival, started in Moscow in 2001 and helding till nowdays. For first 7 years it was the only festival in Russia and it was listed among 10 biggest festivals worldwide. Every year we were organizing competition for young comics artists and exposition of their best works. Also, festival actively cooperates with european and asian ambassies and cultural centres, due to this cooperation we had a possibility to bring on fest famous comics artists.

Responsibilities
Technical and user support on internal company programs and 1C, analysis of current system status and creating proposals for development/reorganization, communication with IT- department, creating guidelines for current programs and Oracle reports.
In 2004-2005 MAIR was on of the leading ferrous and nonferrous metals companies. The group has it's own IT department of about 30 people and about 4000 users in all plants and companies in Russia. There was a need of a specialist to coordinate technical and support process, and to analyse and suggest solutions of this process optimization. During work in MAIR I learned a lot of useful information about process organization and technology principles of work.
