Dr. Sandi Eivins, MD, owner of Aesthetica chooses all the technology for the spa based on science, research, and safety. Like cars, all lasers are not created equal. She only chooses devices that pass the highest standards and have the most efficiency and safety. Less powerful,lower grade devices require more treatments. Other local med. spas choose lower quality offshore devices without the same rigorous clinical standards or safety data.
Dr. Eivins uses all the devices personally and only trusts her skin with companies like Lumenis Ultra pulse CO2 laser, Candela pulse dye laser, Gentle waves LED system, Cool Sculpt body contouring, Thermage skin tightening system, Cynosure/Palomar IPL and non-ablative Erbium 1540 skin resurfacing and hair removal.
Jenifer Felinczak RN BSN CCM Nurse Aesthetician
Jenifer has been a Steamboat Springs resident since 2001. She lives in town with her husband and two young daughters. She found her passion in aesthetic medicine in 2005 and has now transitioned into a full-time Nurse Aesthetican and Injector at Aesthetica Medical Spa.
Jenifer was a high risk Labor and Delivery Nurse across the US, as well as at Yampa Valley Medical Center where she most recently functioned as a Nurse Case Manager. She expanded her expertise to include certifications and proficiency in the use of neuro-toxins (i.e. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin) cosmetic dermal fillers (i.e. Juvederm, Voluma, Rastylane & Radiesse) and cosmetic laser treatments as well as chemical peels to address lines & wrinkles, volume loss, skin texture, brown spots, sun damage, rosacea, redness and enlarged pores. Jenifer is also trained and very skilled in Thermage (for skin tightening) & Coolsculpting (for fat destruction & body shaping).
