Our approach is to create a coordinated treatment plan between the patient and therapist based on a thorough examination and through utilization of the FOTO Outcomes Management System. This treatment plan is geared towards getting each patient back to activities they enjoy or to performing job tasks with improved safety and decreased pain.

Dr. Smith has eleven years of clinical experience working with persons suffering from orthopedic, sport-related, and neurologically-based injuries. He also has over six years of experience as a clinical manager. In addition, Steven was the site leader and participating therapist in the Back to Health research study, directed by Boston Medical Center in conjunction with the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, Steven works a few days per month at a local rehabilitation hospital which helps keep his knowledge of complex medical cases, cardiovascular rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation fresh and up to date.
He is a very physically active individual who plays for the New Hampshire Granite vintage baseball team. He also continues to enjoy skiing during the winters and participates in a variety of other sports throughout the year including soccer and golf.
Barbara Baez is the office coordinator for Delta Physical Therapy, where she ensures that the daily operations run smoothly. She is very proud to be working for Dr. Smith as the position is very rewarding for her. Working at Delta PT gives Barbara the desire and satisfaction to give all she can to make your visit a pleasant one. Her passion is to interact with patients and to help them get fantastic results in any way she can. Barbara also enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her insterests include a variety of outdoor activities, going to the movies, shopping, and traveling.
At Delta Physical Therapy, we focus on discovering the source of your pain and functional deficits, not chasing symptoms. When you are seen for your initial examination, we will look up and down your body’s kinetic chain to discover the true source of your issue. For instance elbow and arm pain may originate from your neck.
Right at our initial meeting we will provide you with education on your diagnosis and begin a home exercise program.
