An accomplished construction professional, Ryan Vucina is the Chief Operations Manager at Vucina Construction, a family owned and operated residential and commercial construction company in Pacific Grove, California. In this capacity, he participates in all aspects of construction and coordinates status meetings with owners and clients. He resolves any design problems with contractors and ensures completion of all mandatory inspections with township and city agencies. Ryan Vucina prepared for his career by receiving a bachelor’s degree in business management from Monterey Peninsula College. He has been working at the company since 2004 and took on his current position in 2013. Throughout his career, he has developed a number of skills that he utilizes in his current role, including project budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control. Additionally, Mr. Vucina is highly familiar with building codes and regulations and is experienced in ground-up development and renovations.
