Who Are We
Greg Nared is a veteran sports marketing professional with credentials from Nike and the William Morris agency. He has worked closely in the marketing development of Tiger Woods, Michele Wie, Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Gary Payton and Penny Hardaway. He has represented prospects in the WNBA and has coached both high school and college basketball at the University of Washington. Greg played basketball with the NCAA Division 1 Maryland Terrapins. He will leverage his connections in the world of sports to help high school players fulfill their dreams and play at the collegiate level and beyond.
Our Commitment
1. On-Court Skill Development: Innovation, instructional and intense drill sequences. We will accelerate every players development both on and off the court.
2. Game-Play: To translate what is being learned in the skill development portion of the clinic, players engage in a mix of scrimmage / game play situational training.
3. Help each player understand the importance to playing hard every position and enjoying the great game of Basketball (FUN).

BIO
A graduate of Portland State in communications, Coach McElroy is known for developing highly successful high school and youth student athletes. Coach McElroy instructs athletes on proper form and technique, attempting to maximize the player’s potential. Coach McElroy has been coaching and developing youth and high school athletes for over 25 years. He has a proven track record of coaching winning youth, high school, and national traveling AAU teams.
Coach McElroy has been coaching for the Westview’s boys’ basketball program for over 21 years. Westview high school boys’ basketball program has grown into one of the most respected programs in the state. Westview has been to two championship appearances in the last four years. Coach McElroy has coached 90% of the boys that have played for or our currently playing on Westview’s varsity team.
Coach McElroy was one of the founders and program director at the successful Sports & Life Basketball Academy (Non-profit program for kids). While at Sports & life Coach McElroy was the head skills trainer and head coach of their AAU traveling teams.
Coach McElroy has served as a personal trainer for Elite 24 (24 fitness basketball training program), providing individual instruction, and conducting group workouts, camps and clinics
Coach McElroy has been a trainer/clinician for Golden State’s Pro Guard Steve Blake’s summer camps for the past few years.
Coach McElroy has also worked many summer camps as a skill development counselor and a site director for Westview’s youth and high school basketball camps for the last 10 years.
Coach McElroy has traveled the United States to learn from the top pro and college coaches and trainers in the game. His list includes top programs like Duke, North Carolina, Gonzaga, UCLA, USC, U of P and the University of Oregon.
Coach McElroy knowledge and passion for the game of basketball has served his students and teams well over the years. He always looking for opportunities to teach the next generation of basketball players and share with them his life lessons.
